Realistic time off work for pectoralis muscle repair, breats lift with fat transfer, implant removal, & oblique muscle repair?

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. It sounds like you have a lot of surgery planned. Your surgeon can suggest the appropriate amount of time off based on what he/she does. I would recommend at least two weeks off and then 6 weeks of no lifting/gym activities.

The pectoralis major muscle repair will most likely be unsuccessful as the muscles have contracted and cannot be reattached to the original position. For the abdomen, if you have a persistent bulge and is not a hernia and have a weak abdominal wall, then you will need at least one month of now heavy lifting minimal.

Each surgeon has their own recovery schedule , for me personally I would encourage you not to do any heavy lifting/pushing and pulling for around 6 weeks, I always encourage my patients to start walking early and can resume a lot of their daily life activities early on with some restrictions, but heavy lifting, or trying to extend your reach ... etc I would definitely encourage my patients to wait around 6 weeks .I hope this helps, best of luck!
