Had a bbl done 10 years ago. About a year later i noticed a small hard lump on my left buttox. I went back to surgeon and he advised it was due to lack of massage in that area. I went this year to get an ultrasound done as the mass has become much bigger to a point it is noticeable. Results say I have a lipoma or fibroma that has grown around a small fat necrosis. Is this common w/bbl? What kind of doctor should I consult with to remove it? I do not want another bbl. 8
