Can I get an Immediate load dental implant?

I had a root canal on a tooth years ago, but it's broken at gum level, making it hard to secure the crown. It's fallen off several times, and the dentist suggested removing it. I don’t want to wait 3 months for an implant because it causes bone loss, which can lead to facial asymmetry. I’ve been told this by plastic surgeons. I don’t want to risk asymmetry. Can I get an immediate implant, or what options do I have to avoid waiting?
