Removing cheekbone fat transfer through excision? (Photo)

I had microlipo suction and it didn’t make a dent on cheekbone fat transfer ( I lost fat directly under the cheekbones which made matters worse). I think the fat is under the muscle. I would need to excuse it through facelift cuts / temporal excision. Can it be done without a full facelift?
