Sliding genioplasty - How much advancement is optimal for harmony in my face? (Photos)

I am concidering sliding genioplasty, but I am not sure how much advancement would be optimal. One doctor adviced 5mm but I am afraid that might be to much and that it will be to obvious. I am seeking to get a balanced profile and I don’t want it to look opperated. Is 5mm the sweet spot or should I go for more or less? Would love to get some expert advice.
