The ends of threads can poke the skin out after treatment and firm pressure (in no direction) can help the end retract into deeper tissue. These ends will become less noticeable over time. If a thread is poking through the skin, I recommend seeing the physician and have them manipulate the thread and cut the end if necessary.

Unfortunately you are the typical patient whom tried to have to much done without knowing the limitations of these temporary at best PDO threading events. Removal best but only seeing boarded PS whom has experience not only in mini facelifting but with all threading (PDO & Silhouette). As an aside I would have used a 1 stitch facelift technique with HA fillers deep placed along with threads superficially (fee in $5,000 ranges).
