Will a septoplasty interfere with recently injected eye and cheek filler (Restylane and Juvederm)?

I want to get the filler as I’m approaching the year mark and I want to build on my previous fill. The surgery would be about a month later. Nothing external is being done on my nose, and there’s no filler in or around the nose. Just making sure there’s nothing I’m missing as I can wait on the filler if absolutely necessary.
