Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Over time you will see an increase in soft tissue volume with Sculptra to help fill out this area of your buttock.  I would have a board certified plastic surgeon evaluate you to ensure that fat grafting is not an option.  Hope this helps.

It's not the solution itself that will add volume. Sculptra only induces your collagen production capacity in the area so that volume is increased.

Sculptra is a great option for those who are interested in enhancing and improving the buttocks without surgery.  It may require multiple treatments, which can be performed 6 weeks apart.  The procedure is done in the office and there is no downtime.  You can sit on the area immediately.  I recommend meeting with an expert injector in your area to learn more.

This is an area that Sculptra can improve. It is mixed with saline at first and the correction goes down in a few days. Over the next few months, the body reacts to the Sculptra and creates collagen. The collagen will last 5-7 years. I might require up to 3 treatments. It is hard to say how many vials you would need without seeing you in person.

Thanks for the question and posting the one photo. Have you contacted the Venus Freeze company to ask for help? I recommend first in person evaluation with boarded PS whom does buttock reconstruction and fat grafting/Sculptra injections. I might offer a combination of fat grafting with Sculptra injections if you have at least 500 cc of useable fat. Otherwise I would use multiple vials of Sculptra (10++) in a few sessions under local anesthesia. Fees in the $5,000 ranges. Please seek only in person opinions
