Every time i sit or grab this area of my butt, the volume is missing and their is only skin. I had Venus freeze performed on my butt and this was the result. I’ve been recommended to do sculptra since i do not have enough fat for fat transfer. I attached a photo. Will sculptra help this area or will i be left with more uneven volume?
Answer: Sculptra Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen production, which will then wrap around particles that naturally would break down. It will give you a fuller and plumper backside. It's not the solution itself that will add volume. Sculptra only induces your collagen production capacity in the area so that volume is increased.

Answer: Sculptra Butt Lift Looking at the provided photo, it looks as if you could benefit from Sculptra injections. Sculptra works with your own body to stimulate the production of collagen, resulting in an improvement in buttock shape and projection. This makes it a great option for those who are very thin or don’t have enough fat to use for transfer. Results will be noticeable with your divets but a consult will be needed to make sure! Best of luck, Dr. Berger
