Ripped stitches on nipple 7 days post breast augmentation. (photo)

So I recently had my breast augmentation left side 340cc right side 380 cc. The right side ripped. The implant hasn't gone down and I'm just freaking out. I feel like I made a mistake. Does it look natural ? How long till swelling and implant goes down ? And will the rip heal naturally ? HELP

I would suggest that after two weeks it is best to leave the bandages off.  I would not use chemical wipes or reapply the bandages.

10 days after augmentation is still very early in the healing process and it is not unusual for there to be a number of different asymmetries (size, shape, sensitivity, nipple erection, etc.) at this point. Most of these issues gradually improve and resolve over time but your surgeon will have...

You should always follow the instructions of the surgeon who is providing your care.  That said, I instruct my patients to wear a sports bra day and night for one month following their breast augmentation. The bra can be removed briefly to shower.
