For the first 1-2 months, my butt hurt the least of any operated area. I don't think it even hurt much at all. Starting around month 3, I noticed soreness. It was impossible to run on the treadmill because the bouncing of my butt would hurt way too much. It is sore and painful in two very specific spots (see image) even when not running, now. My surgeon injected 900 cc of fat per cheek through 3 incisions above, within, and below the muscle. What is going on & is there anything I can do?

Answer: I have a local soreness and increased pain 5 months after BBL.
