Are redness and swelling side effects of hyaluronidase?

Hyaluronidase side effect had that injection yesterday where I have bit of a filler left next morning redness swelling itch. What can I do now? Will that go away? How soon am bit nervous it is my face after all pls let me know

Swelling is not very common after correctly placed Hyaluronidase injections. I would suggest SwellX tablets to reduce inflammation at this point. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon

This is not a normal reaction and needs evaluation. Infection must be ruled out. I would contact your doctor asap.

Hi batter 2343,It would have helped if we had photos. However, I'd be very concerned if there is pain and if the area is warm to the touch. Please go back to your injector and ask for medication to treat the infection or to reduce swelling. If it is just water retention, it should be fine.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
