Is high absolute eosinophil count an issue? Will my sx be cancelled? I do have bad environmental allergies this year.

Hello, I have a rhinoplasty scheduled and got my blood test back. It indicated I have an absolute eosinophil count of 680 however, everything else is within normal limits and is fine. I do have pretty bad seasonal allergies in addition to working nights (stress). My question is, will my procedure be cancelled? What happens now? Is this a big deal? I've read it isnt. Thank you for your time! Lee
