Thank you for you for your question. I would recommend Rhinoplasty with the latest Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty device Piezo®: In traditional Rhinoplasty, surgical instruments known as rasps and osteotomies (hammer and chisel) are used to reshape the nasal bones by removing the hump and/or narrowing the nasal bone width. These tools are relatively imprecise and their use can lead to contour irregularities, etc. if not used in the proper manner. Recently, a technology that uses sound waves has been developed to contour nasal bones in a precise and far less traumatic way when compared to traditional techniques. Ultrasonic, or Piezo, Rhinoplasty is now the most advanced technology available for minimally traumatic nasal bone reshaping and hump removal during Rhinoplasty. There will be hardly any bruising and swelling which will make the recovery period a lot easier for the patient. our question.
Based on this photo, best treatment would involve surgical correction of lower lateral cartilages. It will require small incision across columella and reshaping of medial crura with sutures. It can be done in local anesthesia. Good luck.
As far as I can see from the photos you've sent, there is an asymmetry in your nasal wings and an irregularity in the cartilage tissue. The most effective method I can recommend for solving this situation is atraumatic, Preservation Rhinoplasty for your nose surgery.
Thank you for the question. The columellar shape that you are referring to is caused by malposition of the lower cartilage structures that support the tip of the nose. I recommend an open tip plasty with manipulation and support of the columella. The procedure has one small incision and a very easy recovery. It is a procedure that can easily be done at a private office based surgical facility. I would place a spint on the nose for 4 days and there would be no packing makin the recovery easy. Make sure you chose a board certified plastic surgeon and feel free to reach out with any questions. Dr. Hyman
Certainly this can be corrected, but the only way would be with a rhinoplasty. A complete set of pictures will be needed for a better evaluation.
In order to properly fix this, surgery is your best option. If you are not up for surgery any time soon, some of the hyaluronic acid fillers, which are temporary, can be used to camouflage the are for a more smooth contour, but will unlikely change any curvature. I believe there are a few things that can be done to your nose to make you happier with it: narrow the tip (like the woman in the short video that I posted with this answer), and also elevate the tip upwards, and perhaps move the tip back a bit closer to your face, and then lower the bridge to ...
Yes. It is safe to take probiotics after a rhinoplasty. Many people believe that, especially if you are taking antibiotics after your surgery, that probiotics can help maintain a normal GI flora.
I doubt the rest of the world sisters as much of an issue as you do. Few people(i’m guessing) See you from the view in your first picture. Depending on how long ago was I suggest waiting at least a year and a half. During that time use sunscreen. From your pictures it looks more like a c...
