I had a deviated septum from an injury when I was growing up. This resulted in problems with my breathing in addition to my nose being visibly crooked. After my face finished growing, I was referred to Dr. Schroeder who was very thorough and clear with me regarding the expectations. He explained the procedure and the changes that I would go through during the recovery. The procedure went very well and I am extremely happy with the result. My breathing is vastly improved and my nose is much straighter. The scarring is almost gone at this point, about 9 months out. I would highly recommend Dr. Schroeder.

I am post surgery one year, and I can not thank Dr. Schroeder enough for not only performing renowned practices, but also for the kindness and generous check-ins he has given to this day. Dr. Schroeder did an amazing job! I had a rhinoplasty procedure in December of 2020. He was very personable and very realistic, which I really appreciated. My nose is no longer crooked due to a deviated septum. It has healed so nicely and I am so happy with it!

When I was young I broke my nose which resulted in a bump and breathing issues for the majority of my life. After careful research and looking up before/after photos of many doctors in the area, I chose Dr. Schroeder for my rhinoplasty. He provided the best care and results I could have asked for. He also took his time to make sure I understood all of the potential outcomes of my surgery. He made sure to manage my expectations and guide me through the entire process by answering all of my questions and showing me visuals to help me understand the physical changes of my procedure. I'd been thinking about getting a rhinoplasty for a couple of years and met with about 5 plastic surgeons. I expressed that I wanted to remove the dorsal hump from my nose. I wanted a subtle change with a natural looking nose. I made it clear that I was hoping to achieve this through a closed rhinoplasty. The other surgeons I met with tried to pursuade me into also changing the shape/width of the tip of my nose, which I made clear I did not want to change. Dr. Schroeder listened to my goals, talked through my options and answered the many questions I had. I ultimately chose Dr. Schroeder because I felt like he listended and understood my goals. He walked me through what he'd do during the procedure, what to expect on day of surgery and the recovery process. What I really appreciated about him was he was honest about what to expect, recovery and the what-if questions I had. Highly recommend Dr. Schroeded. Only regret I have is not doing it sooner!

Dr. Schroeder was amazing, from the get go I felt very comfortable and confident that he was meant to do this. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and ensured I was going to LOVE my results. I wanted a very subtle cosmetic change and of course a nose that functioned to the best ability and thats what I got - he NAILED it! I thought my surgery went well until I was fully recovered. Now that it’s been over 1 year since my surgery and I’m fully healed, I can see how this surgery truly was botched. I got a septo/rhinoplasty to correct a broken nose and deviated septum, but the surgery resulted in my breathing ultimately worsening and my nose to appear uneven and one nostril even appearing collapsed.

Dr.Schroeder has brought so much relief to my everyday life. After having trauma as a young child from being hit in the nose with a wooden baseball bat I wanted to be able to breathe fully out of both sides of my nostrils of my nose, yet looking in the mirror everyday at the wave going directed down the center ridge of my nose I knew I had to find an excellent surgeon to address the breathing obstruction I had and The hump in the ridge of my nose that Aesthetically has always been a big concern of mine. That excellent surgeon I found to be was Dr.Schroeder. He corrected the ridge of my nose, and he improved the airflow on the obstructed narrowing nasal passage that I struggled everyday to breathe out of. I am very pleased with the work that he did. I would definitely recommend Dr.Schroeder to any of my friends and Family who are looking to have any Facial plastic reconstruction to correct a nose that they are unhappy with or if they just want to improve their breathing.
