I'm using Cicatricure, Aloe vera, Onion.. honey to reatore the softness of the skin.. vitamin E,.. can I use mederma, Plato's serum gel? or do I need plastic surgery. Thanks!!

Usually it is best to initiate scar treatment around 6 weeks after healing.  Initially injection with cortisone and possibly early laser intervention with IPL of Pulse Dye laser is advisable.  This may be all that is required or, if needed, fractional CO2 laser may be needed.  Consult a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.

Thanks for the question. But at this early healing stage best to first seek in person evaluation with a PS. He/she than can monitor the scar/healing phases and offer therapies as needed.
