I have 3 keloids on my chest from acne scar. How much would it normally cost to remove them? I live in NYC. Also, what are my options?

The dark spots are probably able to be made lighter with prescription skin lighteners and laser treatments. Please see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist with expertise in scar management. I would stay away from Shark Oil and stick to products that work. See the below link for more information.
