hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your question the ideal is that you are first evaluated by your endocrinologist to see if your blood sugar levels are stable, if he gives you the ok for surgery you can be evaluated by a certified plastic surgeon.
People with a fasting blood glucose level of 100 to 125 mg/dl are considered to have prediabetes. If you are otherwise healthy, blood sugar levels should be normalized or tightly regulated by your PCP who can approve you for undergoing lipo and BBL.
