I had breast augmentation 9 weeks ago now I have a hole on my scar that will not heal. PS used silver nitrate after 11 days of hole not healing but that oozed out shortly after and now the opening is much bigger. Do I need antibiotics? How long until I heal?

Thank you for your pictures. I do not think you need anabiotic. I think you need excision of your scar back to healthy tissue and closure of your wound.

Very simple answer on this one.  See your plastic surgeon and make sure it is healing.  He may recommend a scar revision in the future.

The posted photos are quite concerning. Plus you did not specify time frame of each. To me I am worried about exposed implant.. Who was your surgeon and you need PO or IV antibiotics, NOW! In addition if the implant is exposed than operative repair of the incision and/or implant removal... If you are having issues with your care I would be available bu I would have to charge a consult fee.. Good Luck...
