37 years old with a baby canine and the adult canine above it. Any suggestions? (photos)

It looks like your canine tooth erupted into the mouth in front of the other teeth. Is the baby tooth starting to become loose? The baby teeth have much smaller roots than the regular adult teeth so it may be time to take it out. Once you have some space available where the tooth is taken out, you can have the adult canine tooth moved in. I would suggest you visit an Orthodontist to have a full work up and evaluation. From the picture you posted, it looks like the canine tooth is a little farther back than normal and may have to be pulled in to a different position and other teeth shifted around to accommodate. Braces are the best option for this. 

Braces will definately be necessary to move this tooth into position. Braces have improved since you were a child and they can be almost invisable. Also if they are noticible people will see that you are working to improve your smile and probably give you favorable comments. It will be exciting and your time in treatment will fly by. Good Luck!
