Would a dental implant be a contraindication for the use of Vanquish, or are they referring to joint implants and replacements ?

I don't think vanquish works.  I would consider an alternative non surgical options such as Velashape/Ultrashape or Liposonix, Coolsculpting possibly or microliposuction which can give excellent results with very little downtime and something I specialize in.  Best, Dr. Emer.
