Messing With My Nose and Cartilage Now Pops in and Out?

I Was Messing with my Nose for a While and I Think I Might've Pushed Up Too Far and Now the Cartilage Can Pop in and out in my right nostril and I was just wondering how to fix this? Or should I go to the doctor because it really bugs me that my nose now seems crooked.

Yes asymmetric nostrils can be fixed but you do NOT need that done. Leave it alone since you are the only one who notices this small difference.
