Had facelift/necklift June 2022. Results not well. Still have loose skin on neck and sagging lower face. Also a lump on my neck. Dr said lump was a scar from the surgery. Wants to correct the loose skin on face and neck, w/another surgery but I don't know if I should proceed due to his possibile lack of experience. I'm afraid I may get another lump/scar from another surgery. I found out he does not do a lot of face/neck lift. Should I ask for a refund? Or risk another lump/scar?
