I was diagnosed with alopecia non scarring last year. I did a steroid oil and started taking more iron per the derms instructions. That helped for awhile but a year later my hair is still thinning and I think its hereditary/menopausal. bought some pills called New Nordic Hair Volume that I just started taking. I don't know if they will help. What I should do for hereditary hair thinning. PRP or Rogaine/Minoxidil or Viviscal? I want to stop the thinning /regain volume if possible.
