I have receding gums on lower front teeth. Can I have longer crowns put on to cover the recession without gum grafts?
yes they can, but the only thing is that cosmetically they will look long, and if you do not want this , then the gum surgery would be your best option, sometimes, doing crowns on anterior teeth, require root canals and posts, due to the length of the receding gum, and the position of the lower anteriors,
