Nothing happens after five days after PicoWay facial and spot treatment? How long do I need to wait for results?

If you have undergone a Picoway toning, or laser facial, then it would take time to show results. Also, more than one session would be needed for good, long term results. If the spot removal was done with 1064nm, then it would take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to clear up (eg, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation). For spots removal (for conditions like lentigines), for which the 532nm is used, the results should be visible much sooner. Dr Renita Rajan,India KOL - Picoway.

We recommend a series of treatments for brighter, clearer, tighter skin.  With each session the results are seen around 2 to 4 weeks later.  Normally what we tell people is gradually people will notice you looking more refreshed and you will notice your skin texture and look getting better. I would give it some time and consider more sessions.  Freckles and sun damage again will fade and can often look darker at first.  The 532 is the wavelength we have the best results with for the spots.  Depending on the color of your skin, this is what they used to help lighten the dark spots and you will notice these improving as well.  I would say follow up with your doctor and consider that this is a non ablative laser so the results are often more gradual
