Picoway Resolve facial rejuvenation: Two types of wavelength were used.

Question

I had Picoway Resolve Facial Rejuvination done 5 weeks ago. Two tyoes of wavelength were used. The 1064nm to target the darker pigmentation in my sun spots and. The 532nm was used on my entire face was told this would target the more faint sun spots and "rejuvinate" my skin. The darker ones did scab and fell off but the "faint" ones seem to be surfacing and becoming darker. Is this normal? Will these just turn darker and not fall off or disappear?

is a state-of-the-art picosecond technology that safely and effectively removes
pigmented lesions (including tattoos) and brown spots.
PicoWay is a
dual wavelength (wavelengths – 1064 nm & 532 nm
wavelengths in one laser system) capable of removing pigmented lesions on any skin type with minimal effect on the surrounding tissue.
In the weeks that follow a
PicoWay treatment, some patients may experience temporary discolouration or
reddening of the skin on or around the treatment site. Some patients have
reported a temporary lightening of the skin following treatment. In both of
these cases, the skin will typically resolve to a normalized skin tone. 
It is
important to regularly follow up with your provider following treatments and
any concerns should definitely be discussed so that your treatment plan can be adjusted
to your needs.

The Picoway Resolve will help lighten skin spots and help build collagen, minimize pore size and help refine acne scars and other scars.  The spots can darken prior initially.  You need to make sure you stay out of the sun and use sunscreen at all times. If you have any concerns, I would return to the person who performed this procedure on you
