Is PicoWay laser a good treatment for enlarged pores?

daniel233
I recently had two fraxel restore treatments and waited for three months and see zero improvment in my pores. My doctor has suggested switching to the Pico Way laser which is much more expensive. I am skeptical because the first treatments this doctor recommended were totally ineffective, and because from what I can see Pico Way is a pigmentation treatment first and foremost.
