It's a medium sized mole and I am very concerned about scarring. I don't want a line scar in this area as it would look too obvious as it's in the center of my face. Is the Ellman radiowave threatment better than scalpel shaving? The pictures of the Ellman removal/shaving look great but I'm not sure which is better. I have sensitive skin.

It would be best to see someone about this. It can be a variety of things from a benign SK to something more serious (but treatable) like a BCC. Both of those can have scaly appearances that can be "scratched off" and yet will return. Best to see a professional and have it checked appropriately....
