Question

3 months ago I had ulthera (Hifu) with fat transfer into face but not under eyes. 1m ago I had CO2 resurf. Since then fat under my eyes disappeared and I now look 10 years older. Fat in my face looks exactly the same as before. I read on here that in some cased Ulthera causes Fat Loss. I suspect this is my problem. Please advise what is the problem and how to correct it.

You still have the fat under the eyes.  If anything, there is a deeper tear trough which runs along the whole lid.  Putting fat into the cheek may have accentuated the tear trough.  You should consider either filling the tear trough with filler, or doing a lower lid bleph to reposition the fat into the tear trough.

Hi Dear
I think after CO2 lasr some fats were dissolved under the eyes.
I ussually do energy sourced procedures before laser and ultherapy, because for fact we know they melt fat and fillers specially when is fresh. I would at least wait 6 months.
I think filler can help.
