There are no formal warnings, and HIFU or Ultrasound does not go to the level of the muscle, so in theory no interactions. I would however be on the side of caution, get your spasms under control via a neurologist before Ultherapy.
I would recommend to control the spasm first before start any procedure. It might become very painful.
