Yes, this should be fine. Keep in mind, a combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. There's no clear answer to this very good question. In a few cases, we've seen temporary twitching of the skin in small area after Ultherapy, that always went away after a few days. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. There are no formal warnings, and HIFU or Ultrasound does not go to the level of the muscle, so in theory no interactions. I would however be on the side of caution, get your spasms under control via a neurologist before Ultherapy.
