I have got the facial spasm. Can I still have the ulthera while the spasm is active (the botox treatment is wearing off.)

There's no clear answer to this very good question.  In a few cases, we've seen temporary twitching of the skin in small area after Ultherapy, that always went away after a few days.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search. 

Yes, this should be fine.  Keep in mind, a combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

There are no formal warnings, and HIFU or Ultrasound does not go to the level of the muscle, so in theory no interactions. I would however be on the side of caution, get your spasms under control via a neurologist before Ultherapy. 

I would recommend to control the spasm first before start any procedure. It might become very painful.
