Looking to get chin , jawline and gonial angle implants to improve and broaden the face as well as to make it longer (Photo)

I have lost quite a bit of bone and fat, specially on the lower face, I had a quite broad face and a prominent jawline, but s a result of the bone and fat loss the lower face looks quite thin and droopy. Can a three piece implant (chin, jawline and gonial angel ) or a custom one piece wrap around jaw implant would achieve results that I want ? I am attaching my previous pic and the latest one to have a comparison. Plz advise
