I had Nagor 260cc medium profile implants under the muscle 3 months ago. IMO my implants are too big for my small frame, VERY round, and have the unnatural "stuck on" look. They're so wide that my nipples aren't in the centre of my breasts. The top of the implants extend above my armpits. Cleavage looks unnatural. What may have caused this unnatural result? The size? Projection? Would switching to smaller / lower profile implants help? Would my skin have stretched already after 3 months?
Answer: Implant concerns To have a natural look, this starts with measurements, sizing, and then matching the goals and appearance with an implant to achieve the desired look. Not knowing the implant model and size and not knowing your measurements, I cannot comment, on what to improve. For my practice Sientra shaped implants provide the most desired appearance coupled with the best implant (in my opinion), with the best warranty. Investigate the Sientra highly cohesive gel.

Answer: 3 months after breast augmentation I understand your concerns but I think it is still quite early following your surgery. I think you should go back and discuss your issues with your surgeon. They will know all the specific details of your surgery and will be best placed to advise you about how to achieve a result that you are happy with. Best wishes,Dean

Answer: Breast implants can look unnatural for the first 3-6 months after surgery I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your breast implant result. You're still very early in recovery and it is very likely that your implants will drop further and look more natural. I would urge you to be patient and give your result more time. However you really must discussed her dissatisfaction with your plastic surgeon. Be sure to ask the surgeon to check the operative note to ascertain if 260 cc on the size that was used. Based on your photograph your breast implants look larger.Certainly you can exchange your implants for a smaller size..However most important thing is that you're happy with your size and shape. Breast implants in the 200 cc to 225 cc range may be more comfortable for you. Please see your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Implants The width of the implants is what leads to the nipples looking off centre. It is very difficult to say what aspect of the implant size (projection, volume, height ) is causing the most problem as the implants for a particular cc differ in their dimensions. You should see your PS again but weigh all info carefully before proceeding with further surgery.Best wishes

Answer: 260 cc breast implants To have a more natural look the implants need to stay inside the dimensions of the breasts. When implants are too wide they overwhelm the breast and give a very round, augmented look. You should meet with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and review your options.
