I would not suggest nonsurgical breast “enlargement” for men. The use of medications and/or “miracle” lotions/technology will most likely waste your time/resources (or worse) do harm. Best wishes.

What cream are you referring to? You need to specify which cream you are referring to. There are many products climbing to help enlarge breasts but as far as I know, there in no good scientific evidence to support these claims.
I usually recommend my patients take about 5-7 days off of work. Do not lift anything heavy until about 6 weeks after surgery. Please ask your surgeon for their advice as they may have different guidelines.
