I have a protruding, asymmetrical chin. What are my options? (Photo)

KennaLynn
As you can see, my chin is protruding, my jaw (and whole face) lacks symmetry, and I find it gives me a masculine appearance. I want femme or androgynous. I've been considering V-Line surgery in Seoul for some time, but the price is out of my reach. Is there anything that can be done to reduce my chin's appearance? I was thinking lip fillers on my upper lip to balance out my lower lip's protrusion, and I've heard botox is an option. Is there ANYTHING that can be done? I'm at my wit's end.
