No fat on each side of face since liposuction too much on the side of the face. It cause more sagging.

Hi,If you had provided, photos would help to make assessment. However, it can be said that you can  correct sagging and laxity skin with face/neck lifting and it  is most frequently used  procedure. You can benefit from replacement with fat grafts to correct loss of fat and volume in certain areas of your face as well. Without series of photos it is impossible to give you good advice. To correct sagging, face/neck lifting is most frequently used. To correct loss of fat and volume in certain areas of the face, replacement with fat grafts (fat grafting) is very likely the best option. An aging face that has undergone a liposuction prior would require a special approach to correct the fatty layer imbalance as well as preposition the saggy tissues.  An experienced facelift surgeon would properly asses this aging face and use the techniques that would rejuvenate the face, and re-create the youthful balance of different fatty layers.
