Would you use Verteporfin for hair transplant surgery?

No, there is not human clinical and hair loss studies with verteporfin, and it is not FDA approved for hair loss. Oral Finasteride and topical Minoxidil (2% and 5%) are the ONLY two medications FDA approved for hair loss.
