I had breast reconstruction surgery using fat grafting and a breast lift on my healthy breast. Should I be concerned? (Photos)

You certainly appear to be having some sort of allergic reaction. Keep close contact with your plastic surgeon and things should clear up. Best wishes! 

Thank you for your question. It looks like you had a contact dermatitis - or an allergic reaction - to the dressings, likely. As long as the rash is drying up, there is likely no reason to be concerned. However, if it doesn't get better you may need anti-fungal treatment - but I would simply continue to follow the advice of your Plastic Surgeon. Best of luck!
