Can I breast feed after benelli breast augmentation & CO2 laser scar treatments to nipples? (Photo)

Had benelli breast augmentation over 2 yrs ago & have scars fraying outwards from nipples (assuming b/c there's too much tension on sutures). Have been getting C02 laser scar treatments. Will I still be able to breastfeed or will benelli aug. & laser treatments have caused damage to milk ducts? Should I stop laser treatments?
