When can I have BB revision after TT? (photos)

I had a TT almost 12 weeks ago. My BB is not healing as I hoped for. My PS does not think there a problem but I want to consider a revision to make my BB look more natural. The more time passes the worst it looks. How long should I wait for revision? Why is getting uglier? Looks like it's getting bigger? Will it shrink? Thank you!
