Thank you for your question what to do with your sagging upper arm skin specially around inner elbow and forearm. Based on your pictures and limited history I would suggest a conservative approach. Since you’re only 50 with a modest weight loss, I would suggest upper upper arm, elbow, and forearm liposuction. I believe your arm skin will bounce back given the appropriate type of liposuction. I would suggest VASER liposuction. After your arm lift surgery, it will be important to wear your arm compression garments for at least six weeks. I don’t think your arms are so bad that they warrant an arm incision.
