I had my first Vanquish treatment on Tuesday, 45 minutes on my abdomen and 15 on back. In researching online before going in; some doctors ran their initial sessions at a lower power and were fine with a 75 - 85 reading. I've seen others who run it at 200 with 96. After 20 minutes, in addition to the hot spots I felt cramps (pretty painful). 2 days later area between flank and abdomen (not much fat there) is sore. What's the optimal setting? And anyway to reduce cramps?
