I had my first Vanquish treatment today on my abdomen and flanks, 30 minutes each. Felt burning, pinching and sharp cramping sensations during treatment even after having the paddles adjusted. Tuning level was at 200 for 30minutes on abdomen and then flanks. Had to stop treatment at times due to the pain. I felt hot spots, especially on my hip bones. Vanquish has been touted as being relatively pain-free, so why did I have such pain? I am petite, 5'2", am in relatively good shape and would like to lose a couple of inches around my middle.
