Hello and thank you for your question! We generally recommended patients to wait at least 1 to 2 weeks after microneedling with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) before getting dermal fillers. The timing truly depends on the patient's goals, concerns, and medical provider. Most often dermal fillers and PRP can be coupled to advance effects. Other times, it is amplest to see how the patient's skin recovers completely and responds to the micro-needling and PRP treatments and then continue with dermal fillers. Multiple treatments are usually required for micro-needling with PRP for a more climactic result. 
It is reliable to perform the procedure using hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers directly along with micro-needling and PRP. However, other filler varieties should be delayed by a few days.
It would be advised to schedule a consultation with a physician specializing in both procedures for further evaluation.

Other times, it is best to see how your skin heals completely and reacts to your microneedling and PRP treatments and then proceed with dermal fillers. acceptable to have fillers done before, during, or after PRP treatments. Many
aesthetic surgeons combine them to provide the maximum cosmetic benefit during
a single treatment session. Fillers tend to provide volume, while PRP primarily
improves skin color, tone, texture, and overall health.
