What you are seeing is the lower border of the orbicularis muscle. You can not get rid of that. Best of luck.
Hi there, thank you for sharing your photo and question. The crease you are seeing under your eyes is actually a sign of youthful eyes. The muscle under the skin has good tone and you can see the change in countour, when you smile you can see the muscle contract and the shape change. Having said that, I have softened it before with a small dose of Botox to weaken the muscle for patients bothered by it. Consider consultation with surgeons to discuss. it might be worth considering an Oculoplastic surgeon. Hope this helps!
