Wavy bottom lip from piercing. Can this lip deformity be fixed? (PhtoO)

Can this lip deformity from a piercing be fixed? I got my lip piercing 10 years ago i no longer wear it but it has left a wavy appearance to my bottom lip. Can this be fixed permanently? Juvaderm and lip liner make this deformity look worse.
