scrunching nose after rhinoplasty?

post op and my nose is EXTREMELY itchy inside. I always catch myself subconciously 'scrunching' my nose side to side, up and down to relieve the itch. I never thought anything about it until now but i feel like it may be ruining my result. please help. thanks in advance.
