Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. We use the fractional multi-depth ablative approach to help resurface the skin, recontour acne scars, improve incisional plastic surgery scars, and reduce surface irregularities from skin tone to dark pigmentation. Thanks for posting your photo. The creepy skin and wrinkles woukd be best addressed with a combination of an energy device and collagen stimulation. The under eye skin is very thin so we don't want to put fillers in there and rather than a laser, a radiofrequency microneedling treatment would give you better skin tightening and collagen production. I like to use a combination of the SylfirmX RF microneedling with PRP or exosomes. Even better is to combine SylfirmX with the AutoCorre treatment which uses a Gel made with your own plasma and PRP.
