52 y/o with Sjogrens syndrome, how would this affect my breast augmentation?

Question

I am 52, avid exerciser, no symptoms of Sjogrens but tested ss-a(RO) positive and ANA positive. I have never had any health issues and rarely get sick so if I have an autoimmune disease it has never effected me at all. I want to get a BA but am slightly hesitant just b/c of these test results. I have tested negative on all other blood work-mother does have lupus and arthritis runs in her side of family

There is no data that states you should avoid implants with positive tests. You might want to consider saline implants since you will have much less foreign material in your system. Do avoid tattoos which contain a lot of heavy metals and toxins and minimize or avoid hair dyes with a lot of toxins and heavy medals.  I would also be tested for food allergies which often compose a large part of autoimmune problems.
