When will bruising go away after a nose thread lift? (Photo)

This is my second time to have a nose threadlift first time was all smooth minimal swelling the second i got bruises and hematoma on where the doctor injected anesthesia part Will the bruises go? How many days or weeks? Any advice to make it faster to heal?

Dear Mildred
It certainly looks like bad bruising and will take 2-3’weeks to resolve completely. Applying warm compress 3 times a day and arnica cream on the bruise will speed it up slightly.
