I had cool sculpt smooth on my tummy because I have an umbilical hernia. Now my stomach seems larger than it was before. I have not gained any weight. It has been 2 months now. At first I thought I was just swollen. Is this possible?

It is very difficult to give you advice without examining you or seeing pictures of you before and after treatment.  You mentioned you had the CoolSculpting procedure done on your stomach area because you had an umbilical hernia.  I'm confused because this would not be a reason for having the procedure done.  My best recommendation would be to return to the physician who treated you so that your results can be evaluated in person.

Even though you opted for coolsmooth over a suction applicator because of the hernia, the treatment may have affected the hernia. It is best not to have coolsculpting in the same area as an existing hernia. Consult with the physician who oversaw the treatment and/or your primary care physician.

coolsculpting selectively freezes fat cells to induce programmed cell death. Most patients see a result in 1-3 months. It is unusual to have prolonged swelling. Discuss your concerns with your doctor who can compare pre and post treatment photographs with you.
